Room for Rent in Minneapolis, Minnesota

I have a room to rent in my house! A roommate just moved out because she is going to grad school across the country.The rent is $450 a month plus 1/4 of the utilities. The house has a large living room and dining room, and nice size kitchen. My roommates and I are looking for a fun roommate, respectful to others, doesn't mind having people over, and can keep the house relatively clean. We are preferably looking for a female roommate because we would like to keep it an all female house, but we are open if you think you would be a good fit. The room has hardwood floors, big closet, and a private entrance. Off street parking. 3 season porch located in front of house w/treadmill, large deck with table and chairs in back. Completely furnished kitchen, living room, and dining area. Plenty of cupboard space in kitchen! New dishwasher. Washing machine and dryer in the basement. There is also storage space in the basement. The house has two bathrooms. You would be sharing a large bathroom with me.Minutes from downtown,uptown, and St. Paul. Close to bus route 3 (a block and a half away!!). Easy access to 35W, I-94, and highway 280. Less than a mile from U of M campus. The landlords are very helpful and friendly! NO PETS! - sorry!
